“Making Emmaus” – a 27 minute documentary for ABC Compass, being directed and produced by Lara Damiani. Inspired by a visit to Emmaus Community back in 2014, Lara saw the opportunity to share the incredible story of founder Al Archer whose transformation in a church in Los Angeles changed his life and eventually saw him create a unique community for adults who live with mental illness. A project created by Lara Damiani.

Banjo Morton: The Untold Story. A unique multimedia website that will tell the story of the first strike by Aboriginal stockmen in the Northern Territory, as told to Lara by Alyawarr senior man Banjo Petyarre Morton. Inspired by an original idea by Lara Damiani, the project incorporates video, photography, animation and virtual reality.

Tjitjiku Tjukurpa – The Children’s Dreaming Project. An initiative of Carclew and LeeAnn Buckskin & Associates, Lara has been engaged to produce the filming component and work with the multimedia developers to produce the website which will act as an educational tool to preserve the Indigenous language of the APY Lands in South Australia.

Working with Tapaya Edwards and Rhoda Tjitayi from Amata and students from Amata School
